In August of 2000, Tom Schuchardt, Larry Breneman and Pat Babe combined almost 75 years of construction experience to form a new general construction company. They joined with Milwaukee businessman and former real estate developer Dennis Klein to complete KBS Construction, Inc. In 2005, Doug Carlson joined KBS as a vice president, chief financial officer and shareholder. Doug’s wealth of experience and quality reputation in the industry is a substantial asset to the company.

This group’s diverse experience in administration, field operations, accounting, finance and development enables KBS to approach every project with a unique understanding of not only design and construction, but the intricacies of marketing the final product.
