Klein Development, Inc., has completed residential projects in Wisconsin and Arizona that include: seven single-family subdivisions; 271 condominium units; and four apartment communities totaling 794 units, including the $33 million, 27-story, 275-unit Landmark on the Lake apartment building in Milwaukee. The company also boasts numerous commercial developments throughout Wisconsin, Indiana and Florida, including the 275,000 sq. ft. GE Medical Training Center and the Gustave A.
