KBS has been selected to provide the preconstruction and construction services for this landmark development at the downtown riverfront adjacent to the Main Street Bridge. The project combines (89) condominium residences in a high rise tower with retail space for potential restaurant, shops, or banquet facilities. Indoor parking will be provided on the first (3) levels. This project is along the newly approved Fox River Boardwalk project and will be an anchor to future development along this City block. This project is estimated to start in early 2007.
