Dane County awarded this hard bid Job to KBS located on the 3rd floor of the City County Building.
With the demolition being done by the County, this allowed KBS to start with the metal studs and blocking immediately after being awarded this contract.
The largest challenge for this job was to coordinate the sub contractors with out disturbing the tenants on the adjacent floors.
KBS used lean construction to help the sub contractors understand the sequencing of work and with the 6 week look ahead allowed for planning that help complete this job on time.
