Commonwealth Village Apartments

Fire destroyed 16 units of this 32 unit apartment building located in Fort Atkinson WI.
The wood framed structure with a precast garage lower level had more water damage due to the heavy rains in June.
The building was cut in half with the damaged part being demo with the use of a large backhoe.
KBS is using prefab wood wall and floor panels to replace the damaged section of the building.
KBS crews will do all the rough and finish carpenter for this project and manage all the MEP subcontractors.
