First Place

First Place Condominiums is a large mixed use project developed by The KeyBridge Group in Milwaukee’s fifth ward.  Located on the Milwaukee River, this 154 unit condominium building consists of a new 12 story steel structure on an existing concrete warehouse structure.  It also includes 263 parking stalls and 20,000 SF of office/retail space.  KBS was asked to step in to complete the building after the owner and original contractor came to an impasse on a contract dispute. Occupancy is expected in mid-summer of 2007.
