Jackson Street Parking Structure

KBS was retained by Paul Weise Real Estate to perform the foundations and slab on grade work at the Jackson Street Parking Structure, a new structure to serve tenants in the former Wisconsin Gas Company building being renovated by Paul Weise.

Challenges:
The project was built next to existing buildings, which required underpinning of existing foundations.  A tight site required concrete work to be coordinated with precast erection.  The schedule was extremely tight due to occupancy requirements and winter concrete construction.
