The Kenilworth Building

As a team member with Weas Development and HGA architects, KBS was awarded the redevelopment of the Kenilworth Building for UW-Milwaukee.  The former 500,000 SF auto assembly plant was transformed into student housing, the Peck School of the Arts, parking and retail.  Construction started in April of 2005 and was completed in October 2006.
