Marquette University Zilber Hall

KBS Construction has the honor to work with Marquette University on their new building – Zilber Hall.  Opus North Corporation will be the construction manager for the project.  KBS crews will self perform the concrete, carpentry, and drywall in collaboration with Opus North.  The new 4-story structural steel building is schedule to start in October 2008 and complete in November 2009.  KBS has been involved throughout preconstruction to help develop the GMP (guaranteed maximum price) for the project.
