Metropolitan Place - Phase II

Metropolitan Place - Phase II is a 13 story, 164 unit luxury condominium building with First Floor retail space and a 254 stall attached parking garage.  This is the second and final phase of the Metropolitan Place development located just 3 blocks west of the State Capitol Building in Madison, WI.  The structure is a post tension concrete structure with a face brick façade and open balconies at each condominium unit.  The upper floors offer views of State Capitol, Lake Mendota, and UW Campus area.  KBS was awarded the second phase of the project based on our performance in both the preconstruction and construction phases of the first phase condominium building.  Project completion is scheduled for June of 2007.
