The North End

The North End is a unique development by The Mandel Group that incorporates apartments, condominiums, retail space, parking, and both indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.  This is a multi-phase, multi-year project that requires construction know-how for a variety of building types and occupancies.  In addition, the project includes construction of city riverwalk, public streets, and the entire infrastructure required for not only a building, but a complete new neighborhood.

KBS was selected as the GC/CM and began work in late 2007.  The first building, ONE, will be completed in early spring of 2009.  This building incorporates two levels of underground parking, first floor retail space, and four floors of apartments totaling eighty three units.  Resident amenities include an apartment lobby, club room, and second level green roof courtyard.  A street-level plaza will allow for public events from outdoor dining to summer movie nights.
