Phase II Addition and Renovation (Recovery & Waiting)

The project consists of a 5,800 square foot addition to the south of the existing building adding 12 additional Phase II Recovery rooms with updated nursing services.  A portion of the existing Phase II recover will be renovated providing 4 recovery rooms with updated finishes and services. The project also consists of a vestibule and canopy addition to the waiting room with interior renovations to the existing finishes for added patient comfort and space.  The owner has also chosen to update the exterior façade reflecting a  current palette of construction materials.  The construction schedule for this project is 9 months and will be completed in multiple phases to allow the Surgicenter to remain operational.
