DBE PARTICIPATION

KBS is committed to extensive Disadvantaged Business, Residency, and Apprentice participation. We possess the experience necessary to coordinate and closely monitor the efforts of all parties involved in the construction process. We will establish ourselves as a leader in the effort to provide more construction industry opportunities for disadvantaged or minority-owned businesses. In addition to regularly meeting established participation goals on State of Wisconsin work, individuals at KBS have planned and implemented aggressive and effective affirmative action programs for many projects.

If desired, KBS will provide a monthly report showing our DBE activities and progress towards our goal. The report will include a narrative overview of current and future activities, including internal memos, meeting minutes, etc., that will comprehensively explain project activities related to DBE subcontracting and employment of minorities and women in the construction workforce.
