PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our Project Manager will serve as the catalyst on all matters pertaining to construction. In essence, the project management function is in place to coordinate the total construction effort. Perhaps the most important aspect of our project management function is the ability to effectively communicate with all members of the construction team in order to keep the project Owners in control of their projects. The Project Manager will coordinate all documentation necessary on the Project, to include: shop drawings, subcontracts, material purchases, specifications, bidding documents, technical data, submittals, requests for information, and accounting/cost control data.
